Hudson Funds New York Regional Center

Hudson Funds New York Regional Center has been designated by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a "Regional Center," as such term is defined in 8 CFR 204.6(c), approved under the USCIS' Immigration Investor Program as provided in 8 CFR 204.6(m). We participate in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program and specific investment activities within the geographic scope designated. The geographic area of the Regional Center consist of 25 counties – 12 counties in New York, 12 counties in New Jersey, and 1 county in Pennsylvania. The main geographic focus, however, is the five boroughs of NYC, including Kings County (Brooklyn), Queens County, New York County (Manhattan), Bronx County and Richmond County (Staten Island), as well as Long Island, including Nassau County and Suffolk County. Hudson Funds New York Regional Center focuses on real estate developments and construction, hotel, restaurant and coffee shop chain operations, and franchise developments.

Hudson Funds New York Regional Center performs rigorous institutional-quality financial analysis on each project, and are closely screening investments to ensure they meet job creation requirements and preserve investors’ capital. The executive management team has managed EB-5 projects that are affiliated with the regional centers that have been approved by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Hudson Funds New York Regional Center primarily work with Hudson Real Estate Funds for selecting projects.
